More About Lucy Wiggins
Clinical Interests:
Anxiety, depression, addiction/substance use challenges, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationship issues, and other life adjustments.
Clinical Approach:
I strive to create a safe and supportive space that encourages growth and healing for clients. I view my clients as experts on themselves, and I feel honored to be able to hold space for these individuals and walk alongside them in their journey of self-discovery and healing. My approach is distinguished by holding deep respect and compassion for each individual’s experiences and dedication to creating a compassionate, supportive, and nurturing therapeutic environment.
I enjoy bringing a unique mix of traditional and holistic approaches to therapy. I utilize techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic exploration, Insight-oriented, and Emotion-Focused Therapy depending on a client’s wants and needs.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy continuing to learn about my latest interests and finding something creative to do. I love spending time with my family and friends, reading a good book, attending concerts, being active/exercising, spending time outdoors in the sun, and playing with my two dogs, Mato and Teddy.
