Clinical Interests:
My preferred age group to work with is children, and I am interested in working alongside those diagnosed with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, depression, and autism.
Clinical Approach:
I primarily draw from person-centered therapy and view clients as the experts of their own lives. I also utilize aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy to help restructure and reframe when needed!
Hobbies:
I love skiing, hiking, reading, creating art, spending time with friends and family, taking care of my indoor and outdoor plants, and visiting new places!
