Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages who are experiencing a variety on mental health concerns. My clinical experience includes work with youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities. My clinical interests expand to include anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma recovery.
Clinical Approach:
I utilize a client-centered approach. I strongly value the therapeutic relationship, focusing on individual strengths, and working in collaboration to meet individualized goals. Some common frameworks that I incorporate into my approach include: Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I am most often spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy baking, reality television, and pilates!
