Clinical Approach:

My goal is to assist individuals in navigating their lives in a holistic and meaningful way. In doing so, my approach to counseling involves a variety of methods geared toward raising self awareness and practicing self compassion that helps to bring a sense of empowerment and peace.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time outdoors with my partner hiking, kayaking, and camping. I practice yoga to support a healthy mind-body connection. I play piano, guitar, ukulele and enjoy singing.
