Clinical Interests:
Some of my areas of interest include working with clients regarding depression, anxiety, self-esteem and shame issues, as well as as navigating life transitions and overall relationship conflicts.
Clinical Approach:
I believe that it is important that both the goals and direction of therapy are collaboratively decided between client and therapist, so that client concerns can be addressed in a truly meaningful and respectful way. As such, I utilize different approaches (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to best meet a client's perspective and needs in therapy, as each person is different in what they may or may not find helpful.
Hobbies:
I enjoy riding my motorcycle when it is not winter or unbearably cold outside, and playing guitar inside when it is!
