More About Michaela Bellefy

Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests include working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions. I am particularly interested in strengths-based and person-centered approaches, and I aim to incorporate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions. As I grow in the field, I am committed to deepening my understanding of trauma-informed care and exploring evidence-based practices for supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. I also have a growing interest in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and clients navigating identity, self-esteem, and relationship challenges.

Hobbies:

Outside of work, I enjoy painting, spending time in nature, and staying active through running or playing volleyball. I also appreciate opportunities to explore creative outlets like writing, cooking, or music. I value time with family and friends, and I’m always open to learning new things and engaging in activities that promote personal growth and well-being.
