Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with adolescence and adults on a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, life transitions, relationship or family concerns. I am certified in perinatal mental health and specialize in the time frame of pregnancy and postpartum and areas of adoption, pregnancy loss, infertility and early attachment.
Clinical Approach:
I use a person centered approach and work with each client to find a treatment approach that works for them. Using a client's strengths to guide them on their journey towards wellness. I incorporate motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with friends and family, being outdoors spending time with my dog or watching a good movie.
