Clinical Interests:
My specialty areas include: individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy (including LGBTQIA+ couples and poly relationships), eating disorders, psychosis, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and LGBTQIA+ clientele
Clinical Approach:
I like to use a blend of therapeutic techniques that best supports each individual client and their needs. I will often use CBT, Gottman, Person-Centered, Bowenian, Systemic, Solution-Focused, and Strategic approaches.
Hobbies:
I have 2 amazing kids with my spouse and we have a rescue dog. We enjoy getting outside to enjoy the (sometimes) beautiful MN weather to go biking, walking, kayaking, and fishing.
