Anxiety, depression, and mood disorders such as schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder.

I provide a person-centered, strengths-based approach meeting my client where they are at. This allows the opportunity to address their individual therapeutic needs.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family, hosting family dinners, walking our three dogs, and playing pickleball. Fun Fact: I love the Minnesota State Fair and the Renaissance Festival.
