Clinical Interests:
I have an interest in working with families and couples to enhance communication and build skills and understanding around relational and behavioral problems.
Clinical Approach:
My marriage and family therapy program has provided a background in systemic approaches to therapy, with approaches that include preferences of Narrative Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I emphasize the strengths of clients and take a trauma-informed stance. Sessions are adapted to the needs of clients.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors by hiking, taking my dog for walks, and working with my horses. I also have various crafting and cooking projects that I am involved in at any given time.
