Clinical Interests:
Much of my experience involves working with individuals with a serious or persistent mental illness. I enjoy working to help minimize symptoms of anxiety, depression, facing life changes as well as contending with grief.
Clinical Approach:
I rely on an integrated approach utilizing a variety of counseling methods to best serve the client and their unique goals for mental wellness. I consider the client the expert in their life and their story. As such, I believe it is my goal to help broaden the scope of client insight and give them a variety of techniques and tools to minimize/eliminate their mental health concerns.
Hobbies:
I very much enjoy biking, hiking, reading, exploring the planet and living an examined life.
