Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults who experience depression, anxiety, in addition to addressing health disparities around various populations such as those living with disabilities, low-income families, family conflict, co-occurring diagnoses, relationship boundaries, communications, trauma related to migration, and clients in the system.

Clinical Approach:

I approach each of my sessions through a multicultural lens with the client’s goal in mind. I enjoy utilizing a mixture of motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and strength-based therapy, in addition to a person-centered approach to meet clients where they are.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, biking, reading, writing, and baking.
