Clinical Interests:

I am currently focused on working with adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. As an intern, I look forward to helping people with anxiety, depression, life transitions, situational stress, and other related problems they may be facing.

Clinical Approach:

I am eager to learn about each client within the context of their life experiences, culture, and identity in order to understand and help them to the best of my ability. It is important for me to get to know what each client wants out of therapy and how they would like to reach those goals.

Hobbies:

I enjoy homebody activities such as reading, video games, and cuddling with my pets during the week, but on the weekends I try to spend time with friends as much as possible. I love to run, hike, and roller-skate outside when the weather permits and rock climb in the winter as much as possible. I am not an expert at any of these activities, but I enjoy growing and learning from all of them!
