Clinical Approach:
I have a client centered therapy approach in my clinical work with clients. I attempt to meet the person where they are at in their current life situation and to help them identify what is important to them in regards to the life issues they want to address, as well as, collaborating with the client on mutual identified goals. If indicated I will also introduce evidenced based therapy modalities including DBT, CBT and ACT.

Clinical Interests:
I have an interest in adult mental health out-patient therapy services. I have extensive experience with the community mentally ill with SPMI diagnosis's. I also have an interest in working with co-occurring disorders.

Personal Interests:
I enjoy time spent with family and friends. I have 13 grandchildren which keeps me busy. I have a cabin "up north" which is a work in progress that I enjoy working on. I am semi-retired so I am also enjoying the new found time freedom that goes along with that.
