Ronda utilizes motivational interviewing, strengths-based therapy, and person-centered therapy to help clients increase their motivation for change and focus on their internal strengths and resources. Ronda believes in treating people with dignity, compassion, and respect while acting as an equal partner in the therapy process. Ronda also utilizes Cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients become aware of and change thinking patterns that may be causing problems in their lives and help them build resilience when facing obstacles, accept circumstances that cannot be changed, and provide a buffer when things are difficult.
