Sara has experience in the following areas: ADHD, addictions, anxiety disorders, caregiver stress, conflict resolution, college-aged and student issues, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, self-harm, stress management, fertility/infertility, and work issues. Sara has taken master's courses and is also interested in helping those who desire Christian counseling, want to incorporate spirituality, and/or prayer.
Clinical Approach:
Sara has clinical experience in implementing Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior and person-centered therapies. Sara strives to keep her client's best interests in mind as they work together in therapy to implement positive change.
Hobbies:
Sara enjoys spending time with family and friends in her free time. Some of the activities they enjoy doing together include playing board/card games, running, traveling, camping, and playing tennis. Sara's faith is also important to her. She enjoys spending time strengthening and implementing her faith.
