More About Sarah Bundy
Clinical Interests:
I have experience working with individuals ages 13 and up. I particularly supporting adolescents, adults, and those who have experienced homelessness, substance use, or trauma. I am skilled in working with a wide range of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia, paranoia, and PTSD. I am also deeply affirming of LGBTQIA+ and trans clients, providing a safe and inclusive space for all.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique experience. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and harm reduction. I take a person-centered approach to therapy, working alongside clients to support their goals, values, and sense of autonomy throughout the healing process.
Hobbies:
I enjoy reading, hiking, and exploring new places whenever I get the chance. At home, I love spending time with my orange cat, who keeps things interesting, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen—especially when I can put a creative twist on them.
