Clinical Interests:
I work exclusively with single adults using a systems perspective. I have worked with clients with a variety of presenting issues, and utilize trauma-informed care. My clinical interests include learning a variety of trauma interventions, and researching expanding perspectives of self-care.

I utilize a strengths perspective in my work with clients, I enjoy helping folks find their strengths and build resilience to life’s stressors. Building rapport is crucial to providing services, and I truly enjoy learning what makes each person unique.
Hobbies:
In the summer you can find me camping with my family every weekend. I also enjoy antiquing, thrifting, and hitting up garage sales. I am a lifelong learner, I seek out new information that aids the expansion of my knowledge base to improve myself and continuously improve as a therapist.
