Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests and overall passion are addressing mental health stigma in minority and immigrant communities.

Clinical Approach:

I use multiple clinical approaches but at the forefront is a person-centered approach. I think it’s imperative to meet clients where they are to get a better understanding of where they’ve been and where they want to be. I also utilize clinical tools such as mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.

Hobbies:

In my free time, I enjoy taking long nature walks, traveling, learning new languages, mental health advocacy, and finding the best chai tea in the twin cities.
