More About Simon Lutz
Clinical Interests:
My passion lies in collaborating with individuals from all walks of life, addressing a wide spectrum of clinical needs. I find joy in guiding people through life’s challenging transitions—whether it’s moving to a new city, embarking on a new educational journey, embracing retirement, coping with grief and loss, exploring personal identity, or navigating LGBTQIA+ concerns. With valuable experience supporting those who carry the weight of significant trauma, I’ve found fulfillment in being part of their transformative journey toward self-discovery and acceptance, even in the most difficult aspects of their lives.
Clinical Approach:
As a graduate of a person-centered Master’s Clinical Mental Health Program, I deeply resonate with Feminist Theory. I believe it’s crucial to recognize societal inequalities and their profound effects on mental health, while also empowering clients to uncover their unique strengths. My diverse experience allows me to draw from various theoretical perspectives, tailoring my approach to each individual’s needs. I prioritize aligning therapy with the values of those I work with, ensuring a collaborative and enriching journey for every client.
Hobbies:
I truly enjoy the power of artistic expression! I love painting and creating beautiful things. Additionally, I am very passionate about music and hope to attend every live music event possible. If I’m not at a concert, I am likely at a movie theater watching whatever new scary movie has come out!
