Clinical Interests:
I have a masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy and have my associate license in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with families to reduce conflict within the system and increase family cohesion and strength. I also work with teenagers, couples and am open to diverse backgrounds, polyamorous systems, and non-traditional systems.
Clinical Approach:
I use a variety of approaches that include; solution focused, Narrative and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to support my client’s. I recognize the importance of family culture as well as individual culture that plays an important role of providing appropriate techniques to each client and family system. I meet client’s where they are at and provide a safe space to talk and communicate freely.
Hobbies:
During my free time I enjoy running 5K’s, working out, going to movies, trying new places to eat and spending time with my family and friends. I very much enjoy being out on MN lakes and rivers during the summertime.
