Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is client centered and direct while utilizing an integrated cognitive, behavioral and mindset approach. My goal in partnering with those I counsel is to bring healing, awareness and growth so they can reach their full purpose, potential and passion and remove what is holding them back from achieving the life they deserve.

Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests are self esteem and worth, couples and marriage counseling, relationship issues-both work & home, depression, anxiety, caring for an aging loved one, grief & loss-both people & pets, work & leadership challenges for executives and non-profit leaders, decision making, eating disorders, life/work balance and burn out, career transition, retirement, increasing one's motivation & momentum in life and guidance & goals toward a healthy road map for life, career and love.

Personal Interests:
My personal interests are photography, hiking, rollerblading, travel, movies, walks with our dogs, lazy summer and fall days reading in a hammock, bonfire gatherings (smores included) and enjoying long dinner conversations with family and friends. Especially those with a dry sense of humor.
