I provide trauma informed, therapeutic services to youth 10+ and adults. I believe in the strength of mindfulness, client autonomy and holistic wellness for each client. I am skilled in individual and group therapy. LGBTQI, BIPOC community, Co-occurring mental health and addiction, PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger management, life transitions, and more.
