Child & Adolescent Mental Health, Personality disorders, specifically Borderline Personality Disorder and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Vocational Counseling, Independent Living & Coping skills, Substance use treatment, and harm reduction.
Clinical Approach:
I take a person-centered and trauma-informed approach to therapy and find it most beneficial to pull from many different modalities depending on what will be most impactful and therapeutic for each individual. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, and I look forward to working with my clients to determine what will work best for them.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my five-year-old son and partner in my free time, going to the cabin or the lake. I also enjoy reading, movies, and spending time on arts and crafts such as painting, drawing, and coloring.
