Clinical Interests:
I am interested in working with clients who are struggling with a wide variety of mental health concerns: Addictions, Anxiety and Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Eating Disorders, Adjustment Disorders and Stress Management.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is person centered utilizing CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and other treatment modalities to best meet the client's needs.
Hobbies:
Running is a hobby for me, and over the years it has become a part of my lifestyle. I love to run races of all distances and enjoy the comradery of running with friends. I spend a lot of time with my 3-year-old grandson and have really enjoyed being able to help him learn and grow.
