Clinical Interests:

I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Child Development & Family Studies from the University of Minnesota, Mankato. Currently, I am completing my master's degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas. I am passionate about working with people from all walks of life and presenting cases. Particularly I enjoy working with children and their families to strengthen parent-child relationships.

Clinical Approach:

I enjoy utilizing a person-centered and strength based approach to therapy to help clients discover their inner strengths and resilience to foster positive self-talk, courage, and problem solving skills to help them overcome adversity. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy with children. I demonstrate radical compassion and empathy to create a safe space for all people.

Hobbies:

My interests and hobbies are watching movies, traveling, volunteering, listening to podcasts, and cooking traditional Nigerian dishes.
