Clinical Approach:

Traci’s approach to counseling is person-centered and goal oriented. She is a great listener, non-judgmental, and will work to understand what you are going through and how you'd like it to be different. Traci will be respectful of you, empathetic, and focused on your strengths. Traci is culturally sensitive and allied with the LGBTQ community.

She works with her clients to establish individual goals for therapy. Together, she and her client, work towards meeting the therapy goals. She uses a variety of techniques that are all empirically proven to be successful. She'll be your person to help you get past the problems and focus on the big picture of having a happy, fulfilling life! Make an appointment to see if she is a good fit as a therapist for you!

Hobbies:

Traci enjoys spending time with her partner, Paul, friends and family, which include her 2 dogs, 2 cats and a foster dog. She is working with one of her dogs on training to become a therapy dog to help clients.

Traci has a variety of interests. She especially enjoys completing home renovations and crossing them off her to do list. In her spare time, she likes to second hand shop, watch reality TV shows and comedies, and play the occasional game on her phone. In the future, she hopes to spend more time traveling to warm, sunny places, reading books for pleasure and having good times with friends!
