Clinical Interests:

My clinical interest is first and always will be, treating everyone as the unique individuals they are. Everyone is complex and brings their own spark to this world, however some of us have some spark that’s perhaps a little dimmer at times. What the human has forgotten is the spark hasn’t gone away… It just has been hidden for a period of time. A specific interest of mine is challenging those internal thoughts and helping folks seek out the deeper side of themselves while increasing the self worth and autonomy which slowly, makes the dim light shine a little brighter, one hard conversation at a time.

Clinical Approach:

When working with clients I use motivational interviewing along with other counseling modalities depending on the client’s needs and wants for an individualized treatment process keeping it very client focused and centered.

Hobbies:

I have a very outgoing personality and can be found either in the middle of a crowd at a concert, training for my 3rd triathlon, putting together a new Lego project or being a recluse at home and cuddling with my dogs, all are ok with me.
