Clinical Interests:
I have a passion working with individuals who are ages 16+ that are struggling with various diagnoses including PTSD, GAD, MDD, ADHD, Adjustment Disorders and Borderline Personality Disorder. I also enjoy working with couples who are looking to improve the overall quality of your relationship/marriage. I believe that we all have individual strengths and the ability to find our strengths through viewing our past experiences as lessons that we have the choice to learn from.
Clinical Approach:
It is my goal to provide a person-centered approach with each client, meeting you where you are at in your journey. I utilize CBT, DBT skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care with each client to navigate your individual journey. I ask that my clients come into my office with curiosity to explore presenting issues and willingness to challenge unhealthy thought processes that have not been serving you well in your life. I pride myself on building therapeutic rapport with every client and gaining trust to navigate your struggles and create attainable goals together.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, baking, cooking, going for walks, and watching my favorite TV shows to unwind and relax!
