My primary clinical experience is related to individuals experiencing significant mental health and/or chemical dependency issues. I emphasize cognitive restructuring and ongoing self reflection so clients are always revisiting their goals. My main focus is helping an individual achieve a stable spot in their life where they develop self confidence in managing their symptoms independently. Positive self reinforcement is also a key element in my work with clients.
I like to focus on people’s strengths and what they can bring to the table to create the life they choose while maintaining their overall wellness. Everyone comes from different backgrounds, so I like to stay open-minded in my approach.
I love traveling, watching horror movies, spending time with my 2 cats, and growing plants! I also enjoy cooking, listening to music, and being by the water.
