Clinical Interests:
My clinical interest is in working with adult, individual clients. I provide therapy to individuals struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-esteem issues and other mental health disorders. I am very interested in EMDR and Mindfulness as well as different forms of animal therapy.
Hobbies:
I love to travel, read, be out on the water and just relax at home with my favorite movies and pets and spend time with my husband and family.
