Clinical Interests:

I work with children and adolescents who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and behavioral issues. I also work with young adults who experience depression, anxiety, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, and relationship/marital issues.

Clinical Approach:

The clinical approach that I use is tailored to the client's needs and their mental health symptoms. In general, I emphasize the importance of building a positive therapeutic relationship with each client through the use of Motivational Interviewing and rapport building activities. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as skills and education from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

I enjoy reading, traveling, being outside, and spending quality time with family.
