Clinical Interests:

I have extensive experience working with families, adults, and teens. My specialties are Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, and depression. I have many years of experience working in an intensive treatment setting with adolescents struggling with ADHD, Autism, behavioral issues and trauma. I also offer therapeutic services to Spanish speaking individuals.

Clinical Approach:

I work with my clients on developing a treatment plan that best fits their needs and personality. My two main clinical approaches are Cognitive Behavior and Rational Emotive Behavior therapy. However, I have experience and training on a variety of approaches including Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Strength-Based, Culturally Sensitive, and Mindfulness-Based (MBCT) approaches. I am also a certified meditation instructor who uses mind, body and spirit techniques.


I love spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy hiking, being outdoors, dancing, painting, photography, reading, cooking, and baking.
