Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working alongside people from a variety of backgrounds including trauma, grief/loss, dual diagnosis, and persistent mental illness. I believe we all have the strength to heal and grow despite our pasts or uncertainties regarding the future.

Clinical Approach:

I use a variety of CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Existential, and Self-compassion techniques to fit each client's specific needs and goals.

Hobbies:

I enjoy anything outdoors [unless it's cold outside], running, yoga, lounging with my cat, cooking, baking, reading, and antiquing.
