Clinical Interests:
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with ages 12 and above. As a Certified DBT Clinician, I specialize in supporting individuals with learning and developing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills to respond to difficulties in managing interpersonal conflict and tolerating emotional distress. I facilitate adult DBT skills training groups, as well. I also provide supervision to DBT Therapists and Outpatient Providers. Areas of interest include: depression, anxiety, personal growth, anger management, behavioral and emotional issues, adjustment/life transition, PTSD and self-harm.
Clinical Approach:
There are a few clinical approaches I utilize depending on where the individual is at in their journey towards wellness. These approaches include: Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, either at home or traveling. I also enjoy working out, nature walks, music and watching movies.
