Clinical Interests:
I work with children ages 6-12 years, and adults ages 20 and up. I prefer to see children 12 and under in office, and all other ages I'm able to provide therapy via telehealth or in office. My clinical interests include depression, anxiety disorders, attention and focus issues, life transitions and changes, grief and loss, addiction issues and those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Clinical Approach:
I strive to create a safe, welcoming space that promotes a successful therapeutic relationship with my clients to help them reach their goals. There are a variety of clinical approaches I use, which are tailored individually for each client's needs.
Hobbies:
Spending time outdoors, being up north at the lake, baking, singing, playing guitar, fishing and playing video games are all activities I enjoy. Most of all, I love sharing my time with family and friends.
