Clinical Interests:
I provide therapy for older children to the elderly. My clinical interests include ADHD, anxiety, depression, relational issues, mood disorders, career development, gender identity, and LGBTQ+. I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals.
Clinical Approach:
I use an eclectic approach to therapy; molding my therapeutic style to meet your needs rather than the other way around. I utilize skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered, and Solution Focused Therapy. I am not the kind of therapist who will give you worksheets and packets (unless you really want them), instead I help you find your natural coping skills to achieve success.
Hobbies:
My hobbies include mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, video games, and table top games. Much like my therapeutic approach, I tend to be a little bit into everything.
