CBT, DBT and any other behavioral approach
I am very behavior focused. I believe in programs like CBT and DBT that lead with more of a cognitive approach in modifying behavior to achieve success. I believe that empowerment is often the best medicine. If you can empower the clinic and show them that they have the tools along, they can touch heights that they never thought that they could before. Modify behavior, change your attitude about yourself, and believe in you, and your unstoppable.
I am a Doxie lover.. I have a purebred mini dachshund. He often participates in Dachshund races, and he enjoys dressing up like Batman. He also goes trick or treating in the fall. My children are also my focus. Love my kids, but even they know mom loves her doxie. I enjoy spending time with my girls. I love the outdoors, reading a book next to a fire, and craft projects with my girls. I also enjoy making jewelry. I love taking a drive in the fall and watching the leaves change. I love volunteering for programs that benefit children with chronic illness, and passions that are dear to my heart.
