Clinical Interests:

I provide individual therapy services to adults ages 18+ with a variety of concerns and diagnoses that include learning coping skills to manage symptoms of anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, psychosis, coping with life transitions, learning more effective communication skills, parenting stress, relationship stress, etc.

Clinical Approach:

I provide a safe, welcoming, accepting space for clients to be able to share openly, explore thoughts and feelings, and learn new ways to approach life's challenges. I am guided by my belief that you (the client) are in the driver's seat and I am a passenger that is along for the ride - to offer guidance, support, and new ideas - until you are ready to continue along on your journey more independently. I use an eclectic approach that can be tailored to meet each individual client's needs. I draw from modalities that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Person Centered Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy.

In my free time, I enjoy cherishing every moment with my family and pets. I find ways to be out in nature as much as possible. I seek out fun and humor, and I live for moments that evoke belly laughter. I keep my eye out for new adventures and I crave opportunities to learn new things about myself and the world.
