Outpatient Mental Health Practitioner
I work primarily with adults 20 + on issues surrounding Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive thinking, Grief and Loss, Adjustments and Life Transitions, and Trauma.
My primary therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT). ACT is a third-wave cognitive behavioral therapy that incorporates mindfulness, acceptance, values, and committed action. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership and working as team to help clients build a better life for themselves.
My interests include cooking, martial arts, and travel.
