Clinical Interests:

My clinical approach includes a client centered focus in order to best work together as team to meet the clients' clinical needs. I utilize evidence based therapy such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Strengths Based, Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed Care. I believe the best practice for serving clients is when the clinician and client work together as a team. We will agree upon mutual goals to determine what will best serve each clients' needs in order to help determine the steps to live the most balanced lifestyle.

Clinical Approach:

My clinical focus includes individuals (adolescents up to adults) who have experienced trauma, working through life transitions, or even supporting the individual in news ways to live their best life with whatever challenge they are facing. Wherever the client might be in their life journey, I can be a non-judgmental support who can work together with them in order to help the individual be the healthiest version of themself.

Hobbies:

I enjoy time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, geocaching, traveling, and college football.
