      My clinical style is eclectic, I tend to incorporate a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities including but not limited to: Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness, Seeking Safety, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe it is important to meet each individual where they are at in their journey and create a non-judgmental space that promotes growth and understanding.


      I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, music, and traveling.
