Clinical Interests:
I work primarily with adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I also work with adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, Autism, and ADHD.
Clinical Approach:
It is important to me to meet each client where they are at the moment. Therefore, I use a variety of approaches in my clinical practice. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused techniques, and the overarching Person-Centered approach to help clients navigate through the therapy process.
Hobbies:
I most enjoy spending time with my family! I also love to read, do anything outside (especially in the fall!), knit/crochet, tackle creative projects, and organize anything.
