Clinical Interests:
I've been fortunate to have received the opportunity to serve adults that have a lived mental health experience in their homes and elsewhere since 1990. I've been a member of the Anoka County Adult Mental Health Local Advisory Council since 2001, and have been a supervisor of mental health staff since 1997.
Clinical Approach:
I use a person-centered approach with a variety of other techniques.
Hobbies:
I enjoy family, small projects around the house, reading, gardening/lawn care, playing with a Rubik's cube, cutting a coupon or two, attending the MN State Fair, watching a good movie, hosting backyard gatherings that include interesting conversations, and being an Eagle Scout as well as a Notary Public.
