Clinical Approach:

Every person is capable of change and every person has strengths. It's my job to help them find those strengths and build on them. I use a combination of approaches, but I strongly believe in the therapeutic relationship as the basis for growth and change. I use CBT techniques often and also love incorporating mindfulness and other distress tolerance skills.

Hobbies:

I love spending time with my husband and our two daughters. I love being outside, traveling, watching football, being with friends and family. When I'm able to find time, I also love to improve my cooking skills and read.
