Over the years I have enjoyed working with the male population between the ages of 11-17 in the areas of ODD, ADHD, PTSD, Communication and relation issues, sexuality, parenting and educational issues.
I've always tried to address the identified issues from the standpoint of where the child is at mentally, physically, socially, etc. I believe that the communication and relationship piece between the worked and the client is of great importance. Developing a trusting, thoughtful, and respectful relationship will greatly influence the success you and your client will experience. I have always attempted to treat my clients and families the way I would like to be treated and heard. It's always important to remember that our clients move forward, backward, or stand still at different rates while addressing their goals and objectives throughout our time together. I have always felt honored to be invited into the homes of our clients.
During my time off I have always enjoyed spending quality time with my wife, three children and their spouses. In 2019 I became a Grandfather which I'm truly enjoying. I also enjoy fishing, hunting, wood working, visiting, and traveling South during the winter for a short get away.
