Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include providing services to individuals of all ages, ranging from birth through all life stages of adulthood. I prefer to see children 12 and under in office, and all other ages I am able to provide therapy via phone, video, or in office. I enjoy working with adolescents on life and peer transitions. I also enjoy working with women's issues including infertility struggles, postpartum concerns, and life adjustments.
Clinical Approach:
I focus on meeting individuals where they are at, without judgement, and being strengths based. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Emotion Focused Therapy.
Hobbies:
I enjoy reading, kayaking, and being outdoors when it's not freezing outside!
