Clinical Approach:

I believe therapy happens when the therapeutic space feels welcoming, non-judgmental, and safe. Based on this, I take a very humanistic approach that focuses on building and maintaining the therapeutic relationship. I am goal-oriented in sessions, and I commonly use CBT, DBT, and Art Therapy to work through challenges in therapy.

Hobbies:

I spend a lot of time thrifting, traveling, watching the newest binge-worthy Netflix show, or reading in my free time. During the summer time, I love to be outdoors in the water or on a beach.
