Clinical Interests:
I provide therapy services to both adolescents and adults. I work with individuals and couples, with my clinical interests being: self-esteem, empowerment, healthy communication, mindfulness, communication skills, and life transitions.
Clinical Approach:
I utilize a few clinical approaches depending on the client, and their goals for therapy. I believe in meeting my clients where they are at, and building on the therapeutic relationship throughout treatment. These approaches would include, but are not limited to, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Hobbies:
I love to travel, golf, be on the lake at the cabin, relax at home, take my puppy (Finley) to the dog park, and spend time with my friends and family.
