Clinical Interests:
I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy working with clients during life-stage transitions, as these transitions can be challenging to navigate. Other areas of clinical interest include, but not limited to anxiety and other mood disorders, burnout, behavioral issue, and stress management.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is based on what each client needs and their specialty goals. I utilize approaches such as client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and strength-based techniques.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with family, listening to live music, CrossFit, and continuing education.
